Services

What a visit includes

Routine foot care and a careful look at your feet, done gently and on your schedule. Every visit is unhurried and private, in your own home.

Routine nail care

Careful trimming and filing of toenails, especially for anyone who can't easily or safely reach their own feet.

Callus & dry-skin care

Gentle smoothing of rough skin and mild calluses, followed by a soothing moisturizer.

Diabetic foot checks

A nurse's check of skin, circulation, and sensation, so small problems are noticed early and passed along to your doctor.

Skin & foot assessment

A look at your lower legs and feet for redness, cracks, swelling, or changes worth keeping an eye on.

Education & tips

Simple, practical advice on daily foot care, footwear, and what to watch for between visits.

Comes to your door

Visits at your home, apartment, or assisted living community. Clean, single-client instruments every time.

Who it's for

Is in-home foot care right for you?

It's a great fit for anyone who can't safely or easily reach their own feet, including:

  • Seniors who want to stay comfortable and independent at home
  • People living with diabetes who want regular foot checks
  • Anyone with arthritis, back, hip, or knee pain
  • People recovering after surgery or an illness
  • Anyone who'd like a private, hygienic alternative to a salon

Booking for a parent or loved one? You're welcome to call with questions first.

What's not included

To keep you safe, some needs are best handled by a doctor or podiatrist. I don't diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment, and I'll point you to the right care for:

  • Open wounds, sores, or signs of infection
  • Ingrown toenails (I'll refer you to a podiatrist or your provider)
  • Any new or sudden foot pain, swelling, or color change

Thick or fungal nails, reduction of small, non-painful corns and calluses, and nail care for clients with diabetes or circulation problems are offered as an Advanced Foot Care visit, with an order from your doctor or nurse practitioner on file.

Compare: care at home vs. an office visit

Cash-pay podiatry office visits in Arizona often run about $135 to $245, plus the drive, the waiting room and time off work. With Gila Valley Foot Care, a Basic visit is $70 and an Advanced visit is $95, in the comfort of your own home.

Podiatrists do important work, and some foot problems need their care. I work alongside your doctor or podiatrist, not instead of them, and with your permission I'm happy to share notes with your care team.

Meet your nurse

Hi, I'm Clifton McNeill, RN

I'm a Registered Nurse licensed here in Arizona, with 16 years of nursing experience in hospitals and homes across Arizona and New Mexico, including emergency, ICU, med-surg, wound care, home health, and case management. Along the way I've cared for many patients with diabetes, so I know how much healthy feet matter for staying active and independent.

I started Gila Valley Foot Care because I saw a real need in our community for safe, convenient foot care, especially for people who have trouble getting out or can't safely use a salon. I treat every visit with the same patience and attention I'd want for my own family.

Please note: not for urgent problems

Gila Valley Foot Care provides routine foot care, foot checks, and education. It does not replace your doctor or podiatrist, and I don't diagnose or prescribe. If you have a new wound, sore, signs of infection (redness, warmth, swelling, drainage, or fever), sudden pain, or a change in color of your foot, please see your doctor or a podiatrist promptly. For a medical emergency, call 911.
